Lionel Messi has learned about his upcoming season’s itinerary, according to the announcement of the MLS fixture list for 2024.
Major League Soccer has released the schedule for the 2024 season. Messi and his Inter Miami team will play Real Salt Lake at DRV PNK Stadium for the first time on February 21. On October 19, they will play their final regular-season game against the New England Revolution.
During the regular season, Messi’s team will play 34 games, 17 at home and 17 away. They will play the 14 clubs from the Easter league twice this season, as well as six teams from the other league. Inter Miami will play 24 of their 34 games on Saturdays, eight in the middle of the week, and two on Sundays.
The David Beckham-owned club will square off against three Western Conference clubs they have never met before. Real Salt Lake, Colorado Rapids, and Vancouver Whitecaps are the three teams.The 36-year-old former Barcelona player is working hard to keep in shape ahead of the new season. He recently exercised at the ‘Glute Lab’ with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo’s personal trainer Bret Contreras.
